The existing organizational scheme of functioning inside the marina remains unchanged. By reconstruction changes the pathways will be more clearly emphasized. The horticultural elements will continue to play the role of dividing the pedestrian surface of the riverbed from the surface. Incoming buildings are being removed and a replacement building will be built at its place, which along with the facilities that are present at that location will have additional business premises for rent. In the part of marina with a service breakwater, the ship's boat construction will be constructed, parking spaces will be reorganized and at the seaplane a mowing facility for vessels and equipment for collecting sanitary waters from vessels is planned as well.
